Stompbox 40 continues to thrive as one of the tri-state's top bands. Since the band's inception in July of 2001, the loyal following of Stompbox 40 has continued to grow. After twelve consecutive years of performing just about anytime and anywhere around the midwest, the band's appeal/popularity continues to grow each show with no end in sight.
In early 2013, the band decided to reunite with original frontman Brian Sollman. The very first weekend, the band broke an attendance record at a popular Evansville establishment. Crowds have continued to flock all over the tri-state to watch and party with the reunited SB40. The original lineup that started it all, and broke attendance records all over cities/clubs (from Louisville at the Phoenix Hill Tavern to Bowling Green at the Brewing Company to Indianapolis at World Mardi Gras,) is back to continue their dominant energetic show that made them known as one of the biggest and best party bar/club bands in the Indiana/Kentucky/Illinois area!
The band has played all over the midwest and continues to travel to cities such as: Evansville, Indianapolis, Bowling Green, Bloomington, Michigan City, Jasper, Shawneetown, South Bend, Carbondale, Tell City, Chicago, Mt. Carmel, Haubstadt, Louisville, Mokena, and Fort Wayne to name a few.
The SB40 setlist is very flexible covering music from the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, and today's current music. A wide variety of artists can be found in the setlist ranging from Michael Jackson to Guns N Roses. The band also has a video show on special occasions that incorporates video clips between songs; and shows live footage of the band/crowd on a screen during a show.
