I record a lot. I want to use some keyboard or synth sounds in a more up front format for a project. I am trying to get info on keys / synths that have the more modern sounds. I have older keys but the horn and etc. sounds are lacking the "punch" I need. (Like the horns in the Aerosmith song "The Other Side") If anyone can give me some basic info to get started - I would greatly apperciate it! I am in an isolated area and a trip to music stores may be wastedunless I have an idea of what I'm looking for.

I like my Korg Triton. Good horns and you can add internal fx and eq.
Just shut up and play it!!

I agree, I LOVE my Triton, a versital and powerful machine still after 10 years. Of course I'm very partial to Korg products anyway.
